How can I pay for my booking?

You have 3 easy options to pay for your booking:

  1. You can pay the total amount online using PayPal.
  2. You can pay 30% of the amount online using PayPal and the rest via bank transfer.
  3. You can pay the total amount via bank transfer.

To pay using PayPal, you need to have a PayPal account where you can use your credit card to pay us. Please note that PayPal will charge you US$1 (one dollar) when you add new credit card to your PayPal account.

Please note that if you do a bank transfer, you should submit the payment receipt from your account’s dashboard and we’ll get back to you when the submission verified.

Why I have to book for 2 persons minimum for most of your tours?

Our prices are based on 2 persons to give you the best prices available. If you want to come alone, contact us and we will send you the price for one person, which will be more per person.

When is low season?

Low season is from 10th of January to 10th of March, 01st of June to 01st of September, and 15th of November to 20th of December except Eid holidays of each year.

Can I change my booking?

Yes, you can. Send us what you like to be changed and we will reply to you if it is possible.

Can I choose specific hotels for my tour?

Yes, you can. Please contact us.

Can I upgrade/downgrade my tour from 3* to 4* or vice versa?

Yes, you can. Please contact us.

Can I have 5* service?

Yes, sure. Contact us and we will arrange it.

Can I have a custom tour?

Sure, just send us your required itinerary and we will arrange it.

Do you have a list of additional costs like entrance fees?

Yes, we will send it to you with other details.

Is Jordan safe to travel?

Yes, it is very safe to travel all over Jordan which is indeed calm and stable. Jordanians are also very friendly people and will do their best to help and show their famous hospitality.

How can I get a receipt for my booking?

If you pay with PayPal, you will get a receipt by them. In all cases, we will send you a receipt voucher via e-mail once the booking is confirmed.

What happens after I book?

After you book, you will receive a confirmation message from us with your booking details. We will then contact you via e-mail to get the names of the travelers and their flight information (arrival and departure) so that we arrange for your visa requirements and pickup/transfer if included in your tour itinerary.

What do I need to visit Jordan?

A passport with a validity of at least six months and an entry visa are required to visit Jordan. We will contact you after booking to arrange for that. In general, the visa can be obtained upon arrival for most of the nationalities.

How can I specify any special requests/needs?

You can specify any special requests/needs in the “Additional Notes” field upon booking. If you have already made your booking, contact us. Please note that we cannot guarantee all special requests/needs will be fulfilled – but we will do our best.

What happens if my flight is late and I miss my transfer?

We keep an eye out on your flight for any minor time changes and will update the pickup time accordingly. If there is a significant delay (more than 2 hours), your flight has been cancelled or your flight number changes, please make sure to contact us as soon as possible to advise your new flight details. Failure to do so may result in a missed transfer that will not be eligible for a refund.

Do I need travel insurance?

No, travel insurance is not needed. However, if you want to get one, contact an International or local travel insurance company that offers comprehensive and reliable policy.

Do I need a tour guide?

If you are six travelers and more, you must have a tour guide with you. If you are less than six, it is up to you. Local English-speaking tour guides are always available at most sites and you can hire a guide by yourself from the Visitor’s Center of the site you visit.

Will my private guide speak my language?

Our private tour guides speak English, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, and Arabic. If your language is not listed, the tour guide will speak in English.

Do you provide child seats?

Yes we do. Just make sure to add this request in the “Additional Notes” field upon booking. Please note that there may be an additional cost involved depending on the places you want to visit.

Is there a minimum age for your tours?

The minimum age for each tour is shown along with the tour information. In general, Most of the tours have no minimum age.

Can I take a tour if I am pregnant?

Please check with your doctor to verify suitability for any tour and to check for any special requirements they may have for you.

Can I cancel my booking and how?

Yes, you can cancel your booking before using our service. Please contact us at the earliest by phone, mobile, e-mail, or send your cancellation request using our online Contact Form.

You need to provide us with correct details about your booking like your name, booked tour, and order number.

Please note that because we make bookings with other parties like hotels, tour guides, and drivers, there is a cancelation fee as following:

  • 30 days before tour date, 0% + online payment fees
  • 15 to 29 days, 25% of tour price + online payment fees
  • 7 to 14 days, 50% of tour price
  • 4 to 6 days, 75% of tour price
  • 1 to 3 days and no show, 100% of tour price

Do I need an account to book with you?

It is optional to create an account with us when you book. Having an account will allow you to access your bookings, invoices, and wish list as well as edit your profile.

How can I update my account information?

In order to change your contact information, please sign in to your account by clicking on “My Account” link found at the footer of the page, provide your credentials (e-mail address and password), then click on “Edit Profile” link to make the required changes.

Can I delete my account?

There is no need to delete your account. But if you want to, contact us after you’re done with your tour(s) and we will deactivate it.

How can I reset my account password?

Click on “My Account” link found at the footer of the page, click on “Forget Password?” link, provide your e-mail address, and click on submit. A verification e-mail will be sent to you with instructions on how to reset your password.
